If you encounter problems when using Yandex Browser and Help doesn't provide a solution, please contact us.

Send an email message
  1. Click Настройки Яндекс БраузераHelpFeedback. A Feedback tab will open.

  2. Fill in the Issue description field. Under the field, you can see the 5 most popular requests.

  3. If none of the options fit your situation, please describe the problem in detail:

    • Step-by-step description of what you did before the error occurred.
    • Text of the error message displayed.
    • Type of your computer (PC, laptop, tablet), CPU, RAM.
    • Your email address.
    • A screenshot of the error message screen.

    Note

    By default, the link and screenshot of the page that you were on when you clicked Feedback are attached to the message you send. If necessary, you can attach another screenshot.

  4. Tap Submit.

I can't leave feedback in Yandex Browser

If you can't start Yandex Browser, open the form in any other browser.

In the "Issue description" field, specify:

  • What happened before Yandex Browser stopped starting (for example, did you update Yandex Browser or OS? Did you install a program or extension?).
  • How long Yandex Browser hasn't been starting.
  • What antivirus you use.
Send usage statistics

We're always striving to improve Yandex Browser and other Yandex services. If you want to help, allow Yandex Browser to send usage statistics and crash reports to Yandex:

You don't need to worry about data privacy because statistics are anonymous.

  1. Click Настройки Яндекс Браузера → Settings → System.

  2. Choose Personal Data Settings.

  3. Turn on these options:

    • Send usage statistics to Yandex.
    • Send crash reports to Yandex.
