If you faced any issues while working with Yandex Browser and couldn't find solutions in the Help articles, contact Yandex support. To send a message to support:

Click
→ Help → Feedback. A Feedback tab will open.
I can't write from Yandex Browser
If you can't start Yandex Browser, open the form in any other browser.
In the Issue description field, specify:
- What happened before Yandex Browser stopped starting (for example, did you update Yandex Browser or OS? Did you install a program or extension?).
- How long Yandex Browser hasn't been starting.
- What antivirus you use.

Fill in the Issue description field. Under the field, you can see the 5 most popular requests.

If none of the requests fit your case, please describe your problem in detail.
Required information
- A step-by-step description of what you did before you got the Yandex Browser error.
- Text of the error message displayed.
- Type of your computer (PC, laptop, tablet), CPU, RAM.
- Your email address.
- A screenshot of the error message screen.
Note
By default, the link and screenshot of the page that you were on when you clicked Feedback are attached to the message you send. If necessary, you can attach another screenshot.

To resolve issues with Yandex services, please contact support of these services:

1. To report an issue with the Yandex Browser mobile version, write directly from the browser: Main menu → Settings → Contact us or use this form.
2. If your question is about the Yandex Home page (for example, you want to change the theme, customize sections or service icons on the Yandex Home page, and so on), contact us using this form and select the option Question about Yandex Home page.
3. If you have any questions about Yandex Mail (for example, about advertising on Yandex Mail, importing email from other mailboxes, restoring deleted emails, losing important emails in spam, and so on), contact us using the form.
4. If you have any questions about Yandex Search and search results (for example, about site ranking in search results, invalid search results, and so on), contact us using the form.
Send usage statistics
We're always striving to improve Yandex Browser and other Yandex services. If you want to help us, allow the browser to send usage statistics and crash reports to Yandex:

You don't need to worry about data privacy because statistics are anonymous.

→ Settings → System.

Choose Personal Data Settings.

Turn on these options:
- Send usage statistics to Yandex.
- Send crash reports to Yandex.
How can I find out my Yandex Browser version?
To find out what version of Yandex Browser you're using, click → Help → About Yandex Browser or enter
browser://help
in the SmartBox.
You can enter search queries in the address bar — the browser will understand what you need.
